These people are not only rude but also incompetent.

I paid an outstanding truworths account (in full, 4 weeks ago), with the details that they had sent me via sms and they have allocated the amount of R 600-00 to another account I am paying off with them. Despite forwarding the proof of payment and telling them numerous times that the reference number I used was the same as in the SMS they had sent me, I get nothing but attitude and condescending behavior from them. Every time I get a phone call and tell them that it has been paid in full, I hear that the amount just keeps going up. 3 Weeks ago I was promised that the problem would be rectified, yet nothing but threats of blacklisting and legal action remain.

Besides the fact that I got in contact with them to pay the debt, They have harassed me into the ground with their practices which are clearly against the CPA. The stories on hello-peter, not to mention that there is an organisation set up to combat their illegal practices are just horrifying. I have instructed my legal counsel to lay complaints with the National Consumer Tribunal, The National Credit Regulator and the Credit Ombudsman.

I am sick of this now.
