On 24 March 2012 I settled my RCS account with an amount of R243 after having been informed that this was the settlement amount on my account. A proof of payment was forwarded to RCS but this amount was never credited to my account. After repeated communications with Nomveliso Benya at [Email Removed] I was assured that this matter would be rectified and that charges levied after the payment would be reveresed. (copies of all emails, pop and statements are available for perusal).
Imagine my absolute frustration when I recently applied for credit to be informed my application was declined due to being blacklisted by RCS for an amount of R243 which I had never paid on my account. The absolute incompetence of the RCS staff is deplorable and the fact that my credit rating has been negatively influenced by this incompetence is extremely frustrating!
