[URL Removed] took my money, no delivery

I went online to do the payment and on my account the money has been de no. And keep asking for my personal banking details although they have deducted, but they say the proof of payment.
Since November 2012, I have been going back and forth.
FNB has confirmed they have the funds, and I have now reported them for.
Don't trust this online divorce. It feels like a!!!

All I get is responses from [Email Removed] by now, someone should have called me to the situation.
