Anybody can go open an account and put down my cell# as a reference - and you don't bother to check!!! What's the point of RICA!!!???
I have phoned your call center about 5 times to have my number removed from one of your customers overdue accounts... yet I continue to get SMSs from you!
Please see your ref# 0278000393218453 - pick up the phone number and DELETE IT off your system please!!!
