I have been declared insolvent on 11 July 2008. MBD Attorneys keep harassing me with SMSs related to my Mr Price account. The Mr Price accounts falls under the insolvency. I fax and e-mailed the court order to them on several occasions, but still they threatening me to give my name to the credit bureaus. I phoned them many times, but all they have to say is that they didn't receive the court order and I must fax it through again. How many times must I send the court order to them, before they stop harassing me??? What can I do to stop this???
