Disappointing and nothing but money thieves!
"Please could I have an urgent update on my clearance certificate" - Ive been sending weekly emails like this, every single week, since August!! Do I have my clearance certificate yet - NO!! I have seen very little progress or feedback, this is now the only thing that is hampering my relocation and immigration. Because I haven’t seen the progress that I expected I have now had to raise a complaint with the NCR and Ombudsman. Sending sporadic emails to Cell C is clearly not working, most of my clearance’s letters were sent years ago and never filed by Debt Review so now they are chasing letters that were sent as far back as 2018, including Cell C! I have actually had to chase down most of, if not all, of my paid-up letters myself and I had to negotiate settlements directly with the creditors, this organisation has sold themselves as a company that would help me do that.
This organisation didn’t even know that the Edcon account was a Jet account and that the NCR released notifications todirectly to THE DEBT CONSOLIDATORS regarding Jet accounts and how to handle them - I went and got it from the NCR, so what did I pay an admin fee for 6 years for and I have had ZERO feedback for more than 3 weeks.
I don’t want to have to make these complaints on public forum’s but I feel like they have now pushed me beyond my limits of being polite. Ive spent over 5 years on debt review giving money, Ive asked now for 1 thing in return and they cannot deliver it to me! This is beyond appalling service and honestly feels like they do not give a continental sh*t about me or my needs!
I will NEVER recommend your company to anyone who is seeking debt counselling …… EVER!
