Brother had no will, our father became the beneficiary of his estate, a lump sum was paid out to my dad by the lawyer but the house my brother owned was never transferred. My 2 brothers were the owners of the house each owns 50%. However the L & D account reads 50% to my dad and the remaining 50% is divided between the 3 sibling. The 1 brother should get 50% been the owner and then my Dads divided into 3. It has taken this solicitor 13 years and to date he has had no desire to correct the L & D account. Have laid complaints with the law society in 2007 have case no on hand, when I enquired from them what the progress of this matter was I was told they have no claim on hand, was told to resubmit a claim, did so and another affidavit was submitted in 2012. Correspondence was received from the L S but no follow up's are done by them, I phone them to find out about the progress. The last correspondence was from the L S to the DBN based solicitor in August 2012 they wanted to uplift the file to scrutinize why it has taken him this long to do, he never responded and when I phone the L S in January 14 to find out the progress, they phoned Gordon he denies receiving the file back from me.
