I have been divorced for a year, and in my divorce decree it clearly states that my ex wife will have use of my vehicle for 1 year from date of divorce decree, ie 1st february 2013 to 1 February 2014, bearing in mind that she has had use of my vehicle for 18months prior to the divorce decree, to date i have not received my vehicle back. My ex wife and her attorney, Jayson Rabelo from Wertheim Becker Attorneys, Illovo, are in breach of a divorce decree, are using threats to blackmail me into letting her have further use of the vehicle.
Jayson Rabelo is unethical, and clearly needs to practice reading documents as he ignores emails sent to him, which clearly state facts. I am not an attorney, but any fool can read and understand a dated court order as opposed to a normal court order.
Jayson Rabelo from Wertheim Bekker Attorneys, Illovo is the reason attorneys have disreputable reputations, as he uses threats, blackmail and unethical conduct in his proceedings. This matter clearly needs to be reported to the Law Society.
So please be wary when choosing an attorney.
