I made a payment of R796 on the 13th Nov 2013 for a copy of a divorce decree. I told the interested parties that I do NOT have a case number. I was assured by them that without the case number they could indeed trace the divorce decree. I am still awaiting the copy and/or feedback from either party. Prior to payment their service was EXCELLENT! I can't help feeling that this operation is a. What recourse do I have to something like this? Or is this just going to be another one of those operations that continue to operate without regrad to the law and their contractual obligations?
