I phoned Barrett & Associates this morning and spoke to a consultant by the name of Zandile Seroto, with regards to make payment arrangements being handed over by Virgin Mobile SA. Zandile Seroto was so rude and very mean to me as i was trying to co-operate with her, she made things personal and told me that she would hang up on me. I believe she's not professional and that she is not supposed to be working in a contact centre with that bad attitude she has. A disciplinary action must be taken with immediate effect and a follow up on her behaviour, because i believe I'm not the only person she had an attitude with. I mean as a consultant you cannot demand a person to always listen to you, and tell what they have to pay.
