I have a Nedbank account that i have never used for personal purchases and its mainly for company use etc.. no one has the account number except my boss.
On the 9th December 2013 this account was debited with R358.09. Nedbank say they cant help as well as FNB that then redirected me to Groenewald.
Nedbanks words were, "We never gave them authorization so they must have got it somewhere else" .. FNB said the same thing.
WHAT is that??
I want my money back as this is my companies money and i will be liable for it. i will wait 5 days and file a complaint against FNB and Nedbank for being incompetent and allowing this to happen.
