Trying to resolve account

I got a message this morning in connection with an account to settle, I phoned back and got told that it was for an edgars account of Mr D Brin, I told them that my husband is Mr D Brin and that he works overseas. I explained that I handle all his accounts and that he has not got an edgars account. I tried to resolve it but the agent kept on telling me that I must give him a message to phone. The more I explain that he will not be able to phone and that I handle all the accounts he kept on telling me to give my husband a message. So either you phone me and we resolve this or you will never get hold of him. Please train your consultants in customer service as their attitude to resolve a problem does not exist.
