David Shingange is an attorney which Legal Wise referred me to in 2009 and its 2013 my case was never solved and I never received any constructive feedback from him. I would like to make other people aware that if they need legal assistance and they come across a guy called David Shingange, they must run for their dear life. He is bad news.
