Landau Attorneys have blacklisted me and garnished my salary with the amount of R1900.00 a month, after serving me papers which had dates prior to the dates the documents were issued. In return to them I scratched out the dates and sent a letter requesting the signed contract for the loan I own. I then learned that judgement was placed on my name before the documents were delivered to me, not only this but legally I was advised that after 3 years of the loan been taken I should not have been garnished neither listed. I have contacted them requesting a settlement amount before getting legal advise only for the consultant Gillian to take a week to send me the settlement amount and then for a second garnish order to be loaded on my salary without been advised of this. When querying this since last week friday, the only response I received was that I requested settlement amounts and nothing further.
This is pathetic and unfair practice. Maybe by me posting this, cause even after CCing managers whom i was advise need to give permission for you to speak to them, on a recorded line, no action has been taken.
How disgusting for a law firm, to act so unlawfully.
