1st, I would like to register my displeasure at the number of SMSes I have received since December 2012 which advised me to call a number which when I called the voice prompt indicated that it did not exist. I even tweeted about this. 2nd, I would like to convey my distress regarding being called for an account which I assumed was sorted and for which I have not received any communication in many years. My contact records are up to date on credit websites such as TransUnion and your company could have found me if you were serious about it. 3rd, I am uncomfortable engaging regarding an account for a company which was liquidated in 2001. 4th, I take offense to an SMS that states 'pay as arranged' and states an instalment amount as if I have made arrangements to make this payment. Lastly, I would like to register my shock at receiving an SMS speaking about R124.67 and hearing I owe over R2, 000 when I call the number given.
Please assist me with: Statement of the so called account, Proof that you made reasonable attempts to contact me to advise me of this debt (since liquidation), A recording of the so called account
I believe I do not owe you (JM Attorneys) nor H&R. Pls rectify asap.
