Had Woolworths account in arrears. Account was paid in full on 20/11/2012, but now on 25/01/2013 MBD, by debit order took a futher R1000.00 from my account. I was informed to phone customer care today to arrange for a refund. Phoned at 9:16 as was assured that Itumeleng will call me back. Approx. 2 and half hours later after no response and after having phoned the customer care no. more than five times and the phone ringing until it cuts off, I logged a complain on their website. Now four hours later, there has been no response and the telephone rings until it cuts off!! Is this customer service?
