I am utterly disgusted with your call centre, i expect Johannes who i logged a complaint regarding Welda to email me back.
Regarding the account, i want proof from Milady's of the account, the contract and why i am not black listed as i owe you guys money.
You cannot expect me to pay without valid proof after 13 years!!
I call your customer care and it just rings and cuts of! how am i to resolve this if no one will help me and give me proper information!
Further more, if I'm correct legally you cannot claim money after 5 years...
