I called in on the 26th September with regards to my refund, you personally said that you will send through a request for me to get a refund copy to fill out via my email, I still haven't received it.
I'm really not happy with how this is handled as it doesn't seem to be a priority for your company. Can this kindly be sorted out today..THIS FAX WAS SENT 02/09/2013
I STILL HAVENT RECEIVED ANY RESPONSE... THIS COMPANY IS USELESS... I WANT MY REFUND!!!
