Interest and charges added unfairly

I was give a settlement of R2422.81 KOSTE AND RENTE. I Signed in fouriesburg court on the 07/05/2013.

latter in the month i get a correspondence that my balance is - R3500.00. Interest and charges can be added to a debt but they must be explained in the terms and conditions of the agreement I signed. No one advised me the perscentage rate, how they`ll be charging it.

I faxed my complainT to Mrs. D Van Der Walt on monday. i did leave two massages already for today! i`ve not yet recieved a call from the attorneys.
