I Can't believed it that I still received sms's regarding the Edgards Account. After locking the complaint Angelino Singo replied to me on the 13.03.2013 ensuring me that they will investigate the matter with Edcon and revert back to me. I had no feedback since 13.03.2013. Shaprio is till sending me sms's and Final Demands.
Will this issue ever be resolved. I urgently want written feedback that this account is closed and that nothing is outstanding on the account.
Please people this was supposed to be resolved 11 years ago and still it is going on. This is really unacceptable and really bad bad service. Waiting 5 months for an answer.
