I am sick of trying to make contact with these incompetent people. It shocks me that companies actualy make use of their services. I get final demands constantly for an edgars account. I dont own one. I once managed to get through to their call centre and was told the ref number is for a Mrs S not me. They promised to correct it. It has still not been corrected. I have tried calling them monthly and can not get through. I wish Edgards would take their business else where. Clearly they are not successful in geting their bad debts paid, if this dept collector can not even change a simple cell number on their systems.
