After numerous complaints to them They just ignored our plea. They charged for people going out to my mom's residence twice but she received them only once. She's 82 and I really thought that there was still humanity left towards elders, but Mrs Keyter feels stuff all. After complaining and before I could give reason she threw the phone down in my ear without even giving time to explain my grievance. She appears to be very extremely rude and derogatory towards any humanbeing
