3rd party claim nightmare

There is way too little characters to express my disgust
was inconvenienced by your client who knocked into me standing at a stop street 21/05/2013 put in a claim sent all docs needed to process by the30/05/2013.Then I have to call your people all the time to follow up and find out what is happening. After my assessment is done I get a ridiculous actually offer and ask for someone to call me to explain how this amount is worked out. Then almost 2 weeks no one calls. I call then find out this Carol Nortje that was busy with my claim now works in a dif dep and no one came back then the new pers Onicca tells me she is new on it and she will only get back to me in 2 weeks?? Why I dnt knw. Then I am cool about it cause she needs to relook at this offer given to me and make me a better offer. still no response as promised on her turnaround. I call and ask for manager (Ronelle Harvey) and ask her to explain this offer to me and she promises to look into it and give me a call back at 4 on that day and guess what no call. The next day without an apology a much better offer. then I accept and hav email to advise 3-4 wrk days now more than 7 days still nothing
