My husband is being harassed and threatened with legal action for prescribed debt that was bought by Norman Bisset and Associates. When I challenged them I was told that all the documents regarding the case has not been uploaded and therefore they are not aware of the fact that it is prescribed debt. Not having all the facts (I don't really believe this is the case) do not stop them from harassing unsuspecting consumers and I wonder how many people just pay up because they are scared into doing so.
