I supplied my details on one of my moms creditors so i could be contacted instead of my mom. I received a mail from Seroot and replied advising him that I'm acting on behalf of my mom. He asked for my contact number which i supplied. He then calls me and still asks to speak to my mom? I told him that he can supply me the details but no he insist on speaking to her. We in separate locations and he cant understand that. He was rude, screaming and finally slamming the phone in my ear. Before slamming the phone in my ear i asked to speak to his superior of which he refused. He is suppose to do his job and deal with clients but he is incapable of doing so and should never be allowed to interact with any client as he is causing reputational damage to a good name like Mac Robert Inc. After calling back and receiving the details i needed from someone that claimed to be his superior and guess what received a email from him when i ended that call that read "There u go" I can use my own interpretation of this. Mac Robert Inc if you as a respected business not do something about staff like Seroot Michael, your reputation will be at risk. Reputational risk cant be bought, its earned.
