I am not even sure why I am writing this complaint about this company, as there are so many on here and nothing ever is done about them.
They claim to be so organised and have these "highly trained staff" which I have yet to see.
I have been settling outstanding debt over the past few months and received calls from MBD about a cartrack account. I requested time and time again for a copy of the statement from MBD, as they by law have to provide it.
I then started receiving emails from them on a letter stating how one can clear ones debt etc.
So I decided to pay the amount that was listed on the letter, IN FULL! I paid R 3836.16
Needless to say I received a call from them two days later saying they have received the payment but I owe them another R 380. When I asked what this was for as I paid according to the letter sent, the "educated " lady on the phone just put the phone down in my ear.
NOW TODAY I receive another letter from them saying I owe them R 3777.98.
So MBD... if you are so extremely organised what has happened to my payment of R 3836.16 and if you say I now owe R 3777.98 it seems you owe me a small refund.
What do you have to say MBD?
