The debt is i my name and these people phoned my wife at work and threatened her that if she doesn't pay with in one hour they will garnish her salary. First they know they cant do that as they have to issue a letter of intend then a court order. Also it is intimidation and that should not be allowed. I have phoned them last week to find out what the debt was for and they never called back. Today Mrs. Burg phoned my wife and threatened her and said she doesn't want to speak to me. It was a simple thing. she could have phoned me and given me the amount and i would have paid it with pleasure but the threatened my wife. If they don't phone her and apologize i will lay a criminal case against them plus take it to the Ombudsman.
