I have been a member with them for almost 2 years now, I joined in the understanding that I would be assisted with a claim I had against my previous employers for constructive dismissal and outstanding monies. NOTHING has as yet been done to help me despite the fact that I am having money deducted EVERY month, and even that the monthly subscription has been increased without my having been informed. I was at some stage told that I could not be assisted as my problem occured BEFORE i became a member, I made it quite clear BEFORE becoming a member that I had this existant problem that required attention. Subsequent emails to the manager at the time (Wayne) have not been replied to!
