We've had it up to here with these attorneys. They've been harassing my parents no end sending them endless messages that have little to no details about attaching their goods because of some City of JHB account, no account number was given, no correspondence has been sent to them. All this after my father's had an arrangement in place for the longest time to pay his account. Now where does MBD come into the equation talking about attaching goods??? What right do they have? Where was the correspondence warning them about this? It looks like they have fallen prey to these vultures all because they are not fully aware of their rights against such predators.
