These guys keep on sending sms's regarding a city of Jhb account. The property was a sectional title unit that I have sold in 2005. Only now 8 years later they want to tell me that their is outstanding rates and taxes accounts. How can this property have been transferred into the new owners name if the accounts wasn't up to date. Please send me a notice for court, I am ready for you. That is why this country is falling apart because they employ incompetant people to work there.
