I have been trying endlessly to get a settlement letter with payment details to settle an outstanding amount to Wesbank. I have given my email address and even my fax number but I have not received anything. I am glad though that I decided to read up on this company because I realise that these people have no people skills. The response from them is the same over and over. I need to make this payment to get the trace alert off my name but now I am not so sure it's going to be that easy considering I can't even get them to action the first step of this entire process.
