No response on refund

Hi there
I sent a mail to your email address and got a return mail to say it takes 3 business days for a answer and its now 5 business days. I cannot even call you as the lines are closed??? What are you guys up too? That is not the way to run a business.
Try and learn from Groupon and Daddy's deals its always a pleasure dealing with them as i can just call and the next day everything is sorted.
This is unnacceptable!!!
