We have tried to contact the viamedia on several occasions regarding charges on my mobile number, that amounted to 1500 within less than 8 hours. The customer service is not prepared to help and simple aren't prepared to help. in 4 years we have never used their service, nor do i know what the charges were for.
It still amazes me that MTN allows companies like this to just deduct money from your account. I have reported viamedia to the WASPA, and hopefully some actiion will be taken against viamedia.
