My colleague and i have been trying to get hold of Google South Africa (Brynston) to get more Information on Google Earth and other information from Google that would support our Company Brand moving on forward (Traditional Brands).
I am highly disappointed with Google as they clearly don't have any form of customer support/service. its going on week 3 where emails were sent [Email Removed] and phone calls that have been made ((011) 575 6000) that have not been returned. I even went as far as going to the office's (The Campus Business Park) to go see them and to set an official appointment, to which i was refused by the lady at the front desk.
I am utterly Disgusted by the poor level of service that Google them selves have shown (it doesn't say much about Google) and of which i don't have any issue taking this matter forward to the media an so on.
