BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NO FOLLOW UP

City slicker service stinks. They actually do not know what customer service is. I ordered a wrap from Trisha Lingerie through City slicker on the 13 of July. I enquired about this on the 19 of August as I have not received the item as yet just to find out Trisha Lingerie have not received the order. We sent it to them and not once have any of these service providers apologized for this. Another month later I'm still waiting for this order. I enquired yet again as to what is happening and got a response from Letisha @ Trish Lingerie on the 30 of September that she does not have the order and the item is out of stock. City slicker then came back to me with some sloppy story of problems due to stock damage and. Just two different stories. I requested a refund and told them that I want my money back by end of business. Guess what they slapped me with the refund policy of 3-5 days. This is totally absurd, pathetic and unacceptable. Have I not waited long enough already or is the two months of waiting for a order and the numerous e-mails not enough?
