I purchased and paid online for an electronic sweeper from city slicker in the middle of Dec 2012 and took delivery on 8 Jan 2013 at around 16:55 and on opening the product, it was very badly damaged. I immediately wrote to city slicker at around 17;30 that same afternoon, and asked them if they could exchange (pictures included) or refund me. 4 days later there was no reply. I then wrote to Pauline (from where the ads derive) and forwarded the same email from 8 Jan 2013 and up until today I haven't had a single response from them. Makes you wonder if they are city slicker or city Slickster. I am very disappointed with the negative service I am receiving and to make matters worse the "sweeper" looks like inferior quality. This is my first time I purchased an item online and certainly it would be my last.
