I was told by various people from VOX (Sales, Support and Technical) that it was possible to port a Telkom number to a VOX SIP account. As a dealer, I signed up a client that was interested in porting their number, t he debit order went through and when it was time to do the porting it was suddenly not possible to do porting anymore.
I truly feel that VOX is one of the most disorganized companies I've ever dealt with. I want my client to be refunded with interest to cover the bank charges.
