No delivery received after payment was processed

On Valentines day a bunch of flowers, fully paid for via EFT, was not delivered. Numerous emails have been sent to the supplier, however no one has returned any of my emails. An automatic response email was received saying that someone will be in contact with me. I requested a full refund as well as banking charges due to EFT payments.
