Over charged and not getting problem solved

I joined Planet Fitness in December 2013 through VItality, and was informed that the rate would be R89 per month. On 1 January R107 was deducted from my account. When I enquired, the manager (Muneeb) assured me that he would resolve the issue. After three weeks of not hearing from him I contacted him again to see what was going on, and he said he would sort it out, but that I should phone the customer care number to get it sorted. I explained to the manager that I did not have time to call a call centre and since it was their mistake they would need to sort it out for me and not inconvenience me by making me sort it out. Later that afternoon he phoned to assure me that the problem was sorted and that it would be adjusted at the next billing run on 1 February. However on 1 February R107 was yet again deducted from my account.

This is a very poor reflection on this gym.
