Goods never delivered, refund not paid

I ordered goods from macspares, all of it showed in stock on the website. On the website it says it takes 2 days to deliver. After no delivery for a week I contacted them and they said they would get stock the next week and then send a tracking number. At the end of that week still nothing and I asked for a refund. They agreed but never paid any money. Stay away from them!!
