Bought 4 products on Homechoice website under bargains and paid cash. One product out of stock but I'm not notified. Kept 2 of goods (colours don't correspond to pictures on website and pictures shown are misleading can only see certain items - same product colours don't match) Send one product back the next day according to their requirements- insured and at a cost of nearly R200 postage. Can't get my money back. Returned goods are sitting in warehouse for a week now and haven't been placed on system for refund. Out of stock refund was promised on 8th Aug by Christel but still no payment. Call centre consultants say website isn't always updated, they keep on promising to send notes through to relevant departments, no one phones back to let me know what is happening but I keep getting calls to interest me in more products. This company wants your money quick and easy but are very reluctant to make refunds. Any more purchases by me is a definite NO.
