My Valentines had no Gift?

Thank you to netflorist for not delivering my Valentines gift... The call centre does not answer any calls and the customer support system has an automatic reply says that they will deliver tomorrow if delivery not for today... Unacceptable - don't overbook yourself then...

my loved one is without a gift and tomorrow we are leaving, so no point of delivering then.
