Lack of Delivery but they took the payment!!

On 5th November I ordered a cake pop kit as a Xmas present, the money was deducted from my card (promptly) but as of 11th January no delivery of item has taken place and no response for my credit has been received.
On 10th Dec I followed up after the 21 day delivery period and requested that the item be delivered before 13th Dec. To which I received a one line email from Magic Box stating "You will receive it by Wednesday" (ha ha) didn't arrive. I have sent numerous emails without any response to them. You are unable to contact them via telephone as they have an automated system.
