Two different products were purchased one the 3rd of January and one on the 19th of January 2013. Advertisement states to allow up to four week delivery. A family member ordered the same items much after I did and has been using the products for over three weeks.
I am still waiting for delivery. I have sent more than one email to inquire what the problem is, but am yet to receive ANY response from Groupon. It is now two months since purchase date of first item. As I have had another non delivery purchased in the middle of November, this is getting just too much!
The least that could be done is to respond to emails in order to be informed on progress of delivery. It seems that once moneys are received, customers can be ignored.
