I've been trying to log into my internet banking account since 07h00 this morning. Four hours later, the site still seems to be down. You have sent me numerous cell phone notifications to indicate that I have successfully logged in, but that is not the case, as the website tells me that there is a technical error.

Are you working on this? Is it just me that has a problem? What about putting a notification on the website telling the client that you are not providing a service? I have payments to make -- I am paying for this service; I am not going to stand in a queue during lunch when all of your tellers are on lunch too.
