Automatically subscribed to [URL Removed] service

[URL Removed] automatically Subscribed my number to Mobthumbs service via [URL Removed] without my knowledge on 23/06/2013 time: 01:31 am.
I dont know what service this is and I certainly have never utilised it.
It bills at R20 per day.
when you receive the sms to unsubscribe, it already billed your line and it's too late to stop the service.

If they bill a million lines- they end up with R20, 000000. Why is this company even allowed to continue operating. there is so many complaints about them on Hello Peter.

As a consumer, my rights are being imposed on-
I didn't choose to subscribe to this service.
I did not pre-authorise any of the services.
This was not a fair and honest dealing, I find that it is a money making scheme.

I have cancelled the service, but that does not give me my R20's for the past 3 days back...
I received an sms that the service will be stopped only after I called them @5pm 24/06/2013.
when I sent an sms on 23/06/2013 to opt out of the service I got no response.
I could even call them, because they had taken all my air time.
If I were to land in danger- I wouldn't have had airtime, because some unscrupulous thieving company my money.
