I would suggest anybody using their services to do so with caution. I have had a billing query with them for nearly a year. First they do not let you cancel your account with them if you have a query and then proceed to continue invoicing you. and then proceed to seek a judgement against you. How do they expect you to cancel your account if they do not give you access to the account online to cancel it - as they claim this is not possible when you have an unpaid invoice. Now they have continued to invoice me after numerous email request to close the account. All the while your outstanding balance continues to grow each month for which they then proceed to seek judgement
