I have cancelled an order and was asked if I want a refund or credits (request #135606). I have opted for the refund as it is that time of the year...:-)
After a day they send me an email that says that they are happy to give me credits for the amount and will let me know as soon as it is done.
I then ask them to please refund the amount to my bank account as requested originally and then they ask me for the bank details where-after they say they will keep me updated. This loop has now played twice.
