My paid for 31 day Top Ad is expired, I did repost when paying R399 for the Top Ad, followed link on email and reposted and edited and paid for a 31 day Top Ad. Received confirmation for order and ad went active now its not active and vanished.

It saids its expired, I reposted it on the 31 December 2013, paid R399 for a Top Ad and was sent an order confirmation email, they sent a email to say its activated but now there is no ad active its supposed to be reposted as I did so and a Top Ad in category.
I went onto website for help sent off tickets for a reply nothing back from them yet. Waiting not impressed with service.
I am a regular paying advertiser.
