Gumtree deletes paid add and does not refund

Gumtree has no contact numbers, only email and their IT department, they keep deleting paid for add and not refunding me. when I place adds on their website I can only see my ads when I am logged in, when I log out and use another browers I cannot see any of my ads?

What are you people doing?
